Our Story
Jism officially began in 2025. The dream began in 2010. It started with a little girl who never stopped dreaming of creating the perfect pajamas, underwear, and everyday essentials. Growing up, she traveled with her dad to clothing and fashion fairs across China, where every fabric, every silhouette, and every beautifully crafted product sparked her imagination. Those trips taught her to appreciate quality, design, and the details that often go unnoticed. Then there was Disneyland. While most people remember the rides, she remembers the gift shops. The shelves filled with beautifully packaged treasures, the excitement of choosing something special, and the feeling that even the smallest purchase could become a memory. That fascination with thoughtful products and beautiful presentation never left her. The Name
The search for the perfect name took almost as much time as building the brand itself. I knew I wanted it to begin with the letter J—something personal that would always feel connected to me. I also wanted a name rooted in Arabic, one that reflected what the brand was truly about. Then it clicked. Jism. The Arabic word for "body." Simple. Bold. Honest.
