Returns
We hope you love every Jism order. If you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition
• With all tags and original packaging intact
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear cannot be returned or refunded, even if unworn.
We kindly ask that you choose your size carefully before placing your order
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
